2026: Jacksonville
The 9th Annual Fraternal Housing Association Conference took place September 27–29, 2026, at the Marriott Jacksonville Downtown in Jacksonville, Florida. The conference drew 209 professionals, representing 39 National Housing Corporations, 45 Strategic Partners, and 3 universities. Of those attending, 77 were first-time attendees.
The program featured educational sessions and breakouts on the competitive landscape for Greek housing, non-residential housing solutions, practical applications of AI in housing operations, enrollment trends and the "enrollment cliff," the top 10 legal issues facing house corporations, and the NHC's role in the local corporation's capital campaign. Attendees also joined facilitated round table discussions by job role, sorority and fraternity breakouts, small and large NHC peer exchanges, and participant-led Hot Topics conversations.
The week began with a Welcome Reception, and attendees came together for networking happy hours, a Murder Mystery Dinner, and Strategic Partner-hosted dinners.
The conference is part of a series. The previous gathering was held in Salt Lake City in 2025. Join us for FHA 10 in Asheville, NC, on September 26–28, 2027.
